It's the greatest gift EVER....It's real funny though, when you keep the gift for yourself, you want to give it away or others want you to give it either to them or other people. But as SOON as you give it away, you will spend your life wanting to get it back. Trust me, the person you give it to before it's time, won't value it like they should have.
But when you are ready to give it to someone who is COMPLETELY and will FOREVER be grateful....then you know how great it really was.

It is neither a gift or a curse. It is what it is, and that is different for everybody. Maybe in the future, I'll get a girlfriend who will respect my choice to have not had sex yet. On the other hand, maybe I'll have a girlfriend who will laugh at my inexperience.
Since everybody has been a virgin at some point, and since everybody loses it at a different time, I really don't give a diddly-squat about having mine right now. I just don't think about it too much, I guess.

I considered my virginity a huge gift. I stayed a virgin until i was 18 and completly ready to give it away. The guy who i had sex with for the first time knows he was lucky to make love to me, that's very important, make sure he knows that your virginity is something you can only give to one person, and make sure it's the right person.

I think it is a great and very wise idea which you will never regret.
Don't ever give up your standards in order to follow what the rest of the world might be doing but please continue to hold firmly to your own personal beliefs, ideas and behaviors.
