You can not efile a prior year return, only the current year 2006 can be electronically filed, You must complete and mail the 2003 return

You can only efile the current year. If you have a refund coming from the 2003 tax year, you have until April 15, 2007 to file the return.

You can't e-file prior year returns. You must file a paper return and mail it in.
