Paxton and Whitfield Montgomery's
Neil's Yard Montgomery's

I've had cheeses so strong that my mouth has burnt afterwards...there are some pretty strong ones out there. Ask at the cheese counter in your supermarket (UK) they will always let you taste different cheeses.
