Hello,
You ask your question in a most interesting manner. Do you mean what causes YOU stress the most, or what causes ME stress the most? Regardless, the answer is different for everyone. Literally anything and everything that happens to a person is potentially stressful. This can include negative things as well as positive things. There has actually been a list developed and refined over several decades which "scores" various stressors. According to that list, the most stressful thing for most people is death of a spouse or life partner, followed by death of a child. Other items on the list include divorce or separation, mental or physical illness, trauma or natural disasters, financial or occupational issues, even positive things like a job change or promotion, vacation, Christmas or holidays, even winning the lottery. So, what stresses you may not stress me, or may not stress me to the same extent or level as it does you. Perhaps a more important question would be, "How do you handle what stresses you most?". Now that's a different story.
