My Mom swears by it, but not just for under her eyes - her whole face. It shrinks loose tissue and is like a face lift in a tube, she says.
I don't think it helps the dark discoloration under eyes, though.

Sometimes, but u really shouldn't use it to often, it can cause huge problems, and if used every day, may make ur circles look worse

usually on hemorroids it does . BUt under the eye ,I would not put it . Get enough sleep that will help ! Or put a slice of cucumber under /on your closed eye each!

I've never tried it, but the premise is that the chemistry does the same thing--shrink inflammation.
