If the vet is entitled to a transfer payment for his services the US government will send the payment to where ever the vet lives.

A RETIREE would receive his/her pension where ever they lived in the world...EVEN ....sigh...Canada. Now as for a DISABLED VET, that's something that would have to go to the Veterans' Affairs folks. Since there are no VA centers in Canada, I don't know how he/she would receive health care. As far as their disability payments, yes, they would still receive them. Whether or not they'd be tax free as they are here in the states, that's up to Canadian law.

i suppose they are retirement or disability payments. if that is the case then yes they will recieve those payments and they will be electronically deposited into the bank account.
