Yes some Hindus do drink cows urine, but it is not for any of the reasons listed in you question. The actual reason is that Indian system system medicine Ayurveda suggest that drinking cow's fresh urine cures many of the acute ailments. But very few people adopt this practice because this a very difficult process.
Ayurveda also suggest drinking one's own urine also for curing some ailments.

This is what I have heard. Maybe I am wrong. I never saw it. Once there was a party with HIndu and Muslim people . The Hindus were talking about spraying some cow urine in the food. The Muslims almost threw up and left their food. I keep hearing stories like this. I never saw anything myself

I drunk, and i am not Hindu. Cow dung and urine are medicinal and antiseptic. I had heart problems due too much cholesterol, now i am healthy as a horse, (or cow)
