he is not eating right and i have changed his food about three times and he is also shedding way too much if anyone know where i can find a clinic in illinois for low cost or free please let me know thanks......

Check with the local humane society, most offer clinics where you can get treatment very cheap. If they can't provide the care your pet needs they can refer you to someone who can help without emptying your pockets.

look I'm no body but I would suggest this if he 's old enough to eat food then give him slightly cooked liver no garlic no dairy no onions as they make a dog anemic most places have a humane society witch have programs for low income some times free .and when choosing a dog food make sure its for puppies and the first ingredient on the list is beef chicken or lamb not corn meal or a by product of some kind,

Try a local humane society. I know the Michigan Humane Society offers vet services for lower pricing.
