I mean, I'm entering the world of digital photography but these prices seem very low. And I'm talking from power-sellers. Should I be concerned? I want to sell portraits/full body shots/club shots., etc..Will these lenses cut it?

A good pro won't buy expensive gear he doesn't need... but he also treats his gear as a business investment. A $100 lens is really only good enough for snapshots.
For professional portraits, you want a lens that produces at f/2.8. I don't mean a cheap zoom that starts at f/2.8 but needs to be stopped down to f/5.6 for decent image quality - I mean a quality f/2.8 zoom or a dedicated fixed focal length lens (something like a 50mm or 85mm f/1.4 - or the 'budget' f/1.8 versions).
I'd pass on these Tamrons and Sigmas.

Depends on what verson it is. Their probably been used so it loses a lot of value unless it was a popluar disconnutied lens. If you specify what lenses you wanted people could help more. I would read the Return Policy of that power-seller, if it says no returns I would be concerned. But the prices seem a little too low if you asked me.

For wedings and club shots you want a wide aperature lens f/2.8, f/1.4, f/2, etc. I would get the smc P-FA 28-70mm F2.8 but of course you want a Tamron or Sigma so try to find an equlivate to it. That is a good general purpose lens.

Tamron and Sigma are good for 3rd party lenses... but $100 is CHEAP!

I'm sure it isn't a current model.
For Digital use look for the Di or Di II lenses Tamron makes.

if you buy anything on ebay, pay ONLY through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD!

it it the safest way to pay.
