how come i have the biggest heart in the world and i'm a nice guy and i care about everyone's feelings but no one cares about mine...y?

Most people do not take the time to really look deeper than what they see in front of their eyes. it takes time and effort to see any further. I know how you feel.

Why, I don't even know you and I care about your feelings! I'm so sorry that a nice guy like you is having such a bad day. Keep on being nice and caring about others. It is a good attitude to have and it will come back to you in a positive way throughout life. My husband says, "Hi!" He said he often feels the same way and to tell you he cares too. You see! People DO care!

Ahhh, that sucks that you feel like that... I can relate though. I don't think your friends and "everyone" are uncaring people. My opinion is that they probably have a lot of their own worries, bills, family problems etc. to be able to have anything left over for anyone else. When my life is going smoothly, I notice that's when I'm more apt to go over and beyond to help someone, but when I've got lots of worries and such, I just don't have the emotional energy to give to anyone. They do say though... the time to reach out and help someone the most is when you are feeling down. Ever noticed how good it feels to help someone even if it's just a small thing?

People, in general, are very self-centered. I have experienced much of the same feelings. However, in the end, you are ultimately responsible for yourself and how you act. So, it sounds like you're doing the right thing by being a nice guy and caring about others. In the end, that's all that really matters.....and you should feel good about that.

You are like me - a big heart that always gets hurt! Some of us just care too much I think. But on the other hand, the other people do care, they either just don't show it the way we do or don't have time. I know it's sad, but just remember, there is someone out there does care.

It just seems that way sometimes. I've not met you, and I care that you are feeling like this!
I think that with a lot of people, feelings, and people who express them, are a frightening concept and rather than face their fears, they just block them out. That gives the appearance that they don't care.
I'll bet you one thing though....from a question like that, on a place like this....you will find that there are a lot of us out here who do really care....especially for such a rare commodity as a big hearted guy who cares for others!!

the reason is that most people are consumed with themselves and focused on their own needs, not others around them.
friends may do this even without realizing it; they get caught up in their own life events.
i have felt the way you do...many a time. why does it seems like no one cares even when the nice people put themselves on the line for friends, sometimes with no love in return? it's the way the stupid world is.

It depends on what you mean. Maybe you are just too sensitive, and you are taking everything that people say and do (or don't say and don't do) way too personally.
Do you do nice things for people just because you want to see them happy, or do you do nice things because you expect to get attention & recognition? If it is the latter, then people tend to think that you are being manipulative, and they usually resent what you are doing.

Im sure they do, theres no reason they wouldn't. Unless youve done something horrible! Maybe you need to give us more information ... like whats happened to make you feel like this?
