This question is better to ask your tax accountant. I don't see what your bankruptcy has to do with filing your taxes though. If you and your husband have always filed together you might be better off filing together depending on your income level and your deductions. If you own a home together how will you decide who is going to use the interest on the home for deductions? These are questions you need to think about.
