People are always saying that God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. Don't you think this is insensitive toward Steve?

I know Steve. He is an atheist and doesn't care what the silly fundies say about him ;-)

There was no Steve in the beginning. So there's no one there to care. Now the Steve's that exist were created by God. God is creator of all things.

You mean Steve Austin? We rebuilt the 6 million dollar man in the 70s when we had the technology. I don't think he would have been surprised, since he could jump high. You gotta figure making that noise everytime he did everything would eventually get on his nerves tho

"God" didn't make any of them, so I'm sure Adam and Eve will feel the same as Steve.

no, the point of that statement is that, When God created the original couple it was a male and female, not male and male, or female and female.
