I guess you don't know this, or don't believe it, but depression is a medical illness, and you can't make it or cancer or diabetes go away by hoping it will. It requires medica; treatment.

Stop squandering your life and get some help. With the right meds and counseling, you can feel better in a short period of time. I suffered depression, took some Paxil for a few months, talked to someone about my troubles, and felt like I should be feeling in about 6 months. I've been fine ever since!

That's pretty bad. I ordinarily wouldn't suggest this, but you may want to check yourself into a treatment center so an agressive approach can be taken to your problem.

Meanwhile, ask yourself this: Do you really want the things that have happened in the past to effect what you can do or become in the future? If not, fight back! Hard, with everything you've got!

Good luck! I'll be cheering for you!

Hello "Sweet guy". You should try to go to another psychiatrist, a good one that can diagnose you and prescribe medicines. Find the medicine that is right for you. Do acupuncture and yoga. But also it is reallly important that you talk to your doctor about your childhood, adolescence and actual life. You will find that there are things that are bothering you, things unresolved that are making you depressed. Once you find them you will be able to heal. Argentox2@yahoo.com

Are you moody or depressed, in need of revitalization and energy, or notice your behavior and mood changes from day to day? Do you have those days that are perfect and you feel on top of the world whereas other days you feel like you have hit rock bottom? Your mood and energy levels may be related to your diet.

What you eat affects your mental functioning. By choosing certain foods, you may be better able to balance your emotional and mental health.
