Can anyone tell me what streaming video means? I read it in my webcam book.

Basically, it's video getting sent to your computer and "streamed" as you watch, instead of downloading a file, opening it and watching it. As for your cam, it does play in real time, but there will always be a lag time of a second or so, it's normal. Hope this helps!
