If your face is actually larger today than it was yesterday, then you are probably swelling, but not gaining weight from fat. This could be fluid that your body is holding in for some reason. Depending on other health issues you may or may not have, you need to at least call your doctor and tell him or her. You will probably need some testing done to figure out why you are retaining fluid. It could be from too much sodium in your diet and it could also be something possibly more serious. A doctor will know, I don't. Please make that call!

Well, actually, I would suppose so, if you measure in quarter millimeters. I don't know about the 'eating alot the day before...' part, but it does seem likely that this could happen. I saw a lot of other answers where they said it would only happen over time. That is exactly what I'm saying is possible here. It's just REALLY SLOW. When in doubt, always think less food (unless you've been starving for days :P). But that's only if you think you're fat... and... Well... I'm not going to say anything else.

No, I do not think so . You are probably feeling guilty for overeating and feel like the world can tell.
I would guess that when you diet for one day you have never thought your face looked skinny the next day, right?
