in your honest opinon, do you think if someone has cheated before and they have cheater more than once in their past...do you think if they CLAIM that they have found the love of their life, they will are capable of cheating again?

It depends on their age, the relationship, the cheating, etc. People evolve and grow up- and some people don't.

This is a tough question, but I tend to look at both sides. I think people tend to repeat behaviors. And what I mean with regards to this is, say I cheat and my partner leaves me. Say I have no insight into "why" I cheated on the partner that left me and I simply look for someone else to partner up with...haven't I just brought my same issues into the new relationship? I mean isn't there patterns that we bring along with us? So if I have a "pattern" of cheating when say my partner works late at night, and that happens again...it is a fairly strong probability unless I have done tremendous introspection, that I might cheat again because the identical scenario has been set up inside of me emotionally. I just do not think it is cut and dry that one will or one won't cheat. What people say and what they do are sometimes different. So while I may have every intention not to cheat, if the identical emotional climate were to present itself in my current relationship...where am I left if I have not figured out why I cheated on my last partner?

Well people just cheat because they found someone else they like, but I think they might not cheat if they have really found the right person. But they are still capable of cheating again for sure.

Everyone is capable of cheating. That doesn't mean they haven't found the love of their life - you just have to decide whether or not to take the risk.
The risk is usually worth taking though.

Everyone is capable of cheating, regardless of whether or not they have done it before. But just because someone has cheated, doesn't mean they will again.

Yes, they are capable of cheating even if they never cheated before. It doesn't mean that they will but anyone is capable of cheating and capable of not cheating.

I think as people mature, they can truly change. It all depends on the person. Some people will always be cheaters, some can change. It's up to you to make that decision.

I have given many, many chances to cheaters in my past, but from my experience, you can't change a tiger's stripes. Wish I could say otherwise. Odds are low.
