Pay Pal can be registered to your bank account. They will transfer your funds to it.

You can request payment by international money order. But you should trust who you recieve it from. Money orders have been faked. It can take up to 30 days to determine if a transaction is valid or not (if the transaction is invalid, you'll have to return the money). If you don't trust who you're receiving it from, you may wish to stipulate a holding period before you ship your product (give half the translation at first, then the rest after payment clears). As a last resort, if the payment is a modest amount, you could also request cash to be sent inside a greeting card. You might also want to barter. If the person you're doing business with has access to a unique local product that interests you, ask him/her to buy it and sent it to you in lieu of cash. PayPal does allow you to link your bank account with them, however if you ever have a problem with them, they haven been know to empty other people's bank accounts to settle resolve a dispute. Using a credit card gives you more control, because it's very simple to dispute a charge or issue a stop-payment.

You can open an account with Paypal even with out a credit or debit card. It is free at opening. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at
