It all depends if you like that flavor or not, pluse if it makes you drink more water why is it bad for you. All flavored drink is process with R.O filter or D.I filter to remove all the minerals and other taste so they can add what ever they like to it and make sure it is true flavor each time. Just like drinking tea. The less minorals in water to make soup the less added flavor you will need to get what you want to taste like. I own a bottle water company and filter install company.

It depends.

Water or (carbonated water) flavored with orange, lime, or lemon (as an example) is just as good for you as pure water. If however, the product you are talking about is sweetened an artificial sweetner, then perhaps yes. While artificial sweetners are approved by the FDA, I personally avoid them,

Any water is good for you.The flavor is a added bonus, so enjoy.
