good pediatrician?

HI, Does any one know a good pediatrician doctor in Dedham, Newton area of Mass? I have two small kids who are sick a lot during the winter and want someone close by, who is attentive and would have good advices and explanations for me, not just quick to prescribe antibiotics every time there is a problem. I know that some doctors will do a house visit if a child is very sick and has a fever, but that would just be a bonus.
Any ideas?

You should call your local Department of Human Services, they can usually point you in the right direction :)
