I like lying flat on by back with my eyes closed. Preferably in bed.

If you don't want to do an entire practice you could do shoulder stand or legs-up-the-wall. Or for a shorter practice try this:
Sun salutation (3 times)
Sun salutation A (3 times)
Sun salutation B (3 times)
Standing lunge on both sides with a prayer twist (once per side)
Move into standing postures at the end of you last down dog
Eagle (once on each side)
Tree (once on each side)
Sun salutation
(depending on how warm you feel you could then do triangle on both sides)
Pigeon on both sides
Angeliasana on both sides
lie down on your stomach
Upward facing bow (2-3 times)
roll over onto your back
Bridge (1-2)
Wheel (this is one of the happiest ones....big heart opener) 1-2
Forward seated bend
Shoulder stand or legs up the wall
Plow
roll down your spine
fish
Corpse
Do all of the above for 5 breaths except for shoulder stand...stay up as long as you feel comfortable.
Corpse can be done for 5, 10, 15 however long it takes to help you feel relaxed. Hope this helps.
