My sister (38 years old) and my niece (13 years old) both use Proactiv. It worked for them so my nephew (17) started using it too. My sister used to get a hard, cyst-type bump under her skin - only once a month or so. My niece started breaking out with regular pimples around her chin and nose and my nephew had a lot of blackheads. Although they have different acne problems the Proactiv has worked on all of them. I know it's a little more expensive and has to be used regularly but it seem like a good product. You can buy it online.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

Fostex has a cleanser and a drying lotion. use both and the
acne will go away. you may have to get a prescription, i can't remember if it was sold over counter or not, cause i used it many years ago but no matter what it is worth it because the acne will leave scars, so take care of it as soon as possible to stop it quickly.

I just started getting acne about a year ago. I started using Proactiv and it really works. You just have to be consistent. I use it everyday and night. It does work. And it is inexpensive. Try it. Let me know how it works.

My advice...Stop the breakouts and use something that is actually good for your skin. I have been using Nu Skin Clear Action® and it doesn't compare to any other. My skin chemistry changes all of the time and I still never have a problem.

Here's the site check it out. They also have foundations that complement your skin.

if you only have small or mild amounts of acne, don't bother with strong Benzoyl peroxide based treatments. use something like clearpores or zenmed which is mild and really good for sensitive skin.
