What's your perfect hamburger topping?

Mine is pretty simple but tasty is you like spicy stuff...

2 slices Pepper jack cheese
layer of jalepanoes
1 slice raw onion
3 strips of bacon
hot mayo (Louisiana hot sauce mixed with mayo)
on a Foti roll
BBQ sauce on the side for dipping
