I asked a question before about Danny Glover and I got an answer posted that said "Hi Sardine, this is your doctor. I'm sorry to have to tell you like this but I lost your phone number. I'm afraid you have gonnheria." How can I tell if it is really my doctor? Also, what is gonnheria? If it isn't my doc, how did he know my name?

hmmm. don't you think that you're docter would say such a thing more personal or official. I mean if you got a letter, wouldn't it say ms/mrs instead of 'hi Sardine'. Usually a docter also explains what you have. I would give your doctor a call to be sure, because you shouldn't be too suprised it this is a sick joke

I honestly think that there is someone messing with you. A real doctor would be more professional than that.
Gonnheria is an STD (or STI, as they call it now.) You can look it up on WebMd.com if you are curious about it.

He's just a jerk trying to get you all worried and upset. Because of HIPPA regulations, he can not tell you over the internet. It isnt a private way and I'm sure you never signed any paper giving him permission to do it.

Probably not you doctor, gonnoriah is a sexually transmitted disease, and people can get your name anywhere. But call your doctor to see if he actually did get call you and get you doctor to clarify what the gonnoriah is. Hope this helped.
