Evolution is so obvious why would anyone doubt it? The only constant is change. Just look at your life and even a picture of you 10 years ago.

I am not saying aging is evolution, just that change is constant and everything is changing, moment to moment, year to year, milenium to milenium and so on. The longer the time span the greater the adaptations. Evolution.

It has often been said that the one constant in life is change. Humans also change. Every time a human reproduces about 180 transcription errors occurs in nucleobase sequences. Human culture changes. A historical analysis of religion shows that all religions have changed as well. However change within a person's lifetime can bring about psychological stress. This is particularly true of weak, insecure people. Such people need some bulwark of constancy to cling to. They often seek this in religious mythology, viewing it as something impervious to the forces of change.

When we are young, our minds are very impressionable. Some religious people have been taught from a young age that evolution is false and that it is a lie/against the Bible if someone says otherwise.

Like you said, change is constant, and what is obvious to you now might not have been obvious to you when you were 6 years old. Perhaps some people will always believe evolution is a lie, and maybe some will be educated in the science classroom and see that evolution makes sense.

Will all of humanity ever have 100% rational thought?

yet yet another post it quite is ignorant of what an atheist and atheism is!! however the words weren't dreamed up by using a lexicographer regardless of the fact that have been defined via potential of the christian church!!! ATHEIST - anybody that doesn't have confidence in a God – any God – now not purely the Christian one. yet that doesn't advise they don't shop effective ethical or non secular ideals! they are in a position to conform with any faith that doesn't have a god and there are somewhat somewhat some those!! Like BUDDHISM – non secular educating from Buddha and his followers that via potential of destroying greed, hatred and delusion (the reason of all suffering) guy can acquire concepts-blowing enlightenment!! The church decrees that atheism isn't a faith!! regardless of the undeniable fact that check out the so ordinary as church!! Christianity has been chop up into over 30,000 special denominations, sects and cults atmosphere christian against christian and christians in direction of each and every individual else!! God's artwork? hardly!! It may be the devil and the Antichrist working at the same time to divide, triumph over and destroy christianity from the interior!!! So who're you working for?!!

LOLOLOL, Morpheous I LOVE your reply!!! ROTF!! X^D

This is an EXCELLENT point! If mankind evolves, why not religion? It does evolve, really. Read on.

I'd like to talk about Progressive Revelation, a key principle in the Baha'i Faith.

(In light of my last question, I say to anyone who doubts: yes, this was written in my own words.)

PROGRESSIVE REVELATION
God has never abandoned us, He has always sent a Messenger to humanity to be the link between us and Him. There are countless Messengers that have come to us throughout time, some of which are: Adam, Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Zarathustra, Buddha, Krishna, Jesus, Muhammad, The Bab, and now Baha'u'llah (pbu them all), the Messenger of this day. Each Messenger has brought a new religious dispensation. With each Messenger, mankind received God's word (scripture), a new calendar with new holy days, new laws, etc. The Messenger is the Great Physician, prescribing what humanity needs at that time. Baha'is call them Manifestations of God, so Baha'u'llah is the Manifestation of God for this Age. These Manifestations are not God, but they are the link between God and man. We need Manifestations, because people cannot encounter God alone. We cannot fathom God, He is unknowable, He is too great for us to fully comprehend, so He sends us His Messengers so that we may KNOW HIM AND WORSHIP HIM, which is our life's purpose.

So yes, throughout time, God has evolved religion as he's evolved humanity.

OK just what is a humanoid and where did they come from?

And just why is evolution so obvious to you?

Saw a question about a lung-fish this morning and now I believe in devolution, surely we are devolving, aren't we?

So you think aging and evolution is the same thing? You really should go back to school.

The church abhors change. The church would have us back in the Dark Ages if given half a chance. Back when they controlled all knowledge and nobody understood Latin or Greek.

religion isnt against evolution , its against people who replace god with evolution , evolution happened and is happening but it is not the reason for life or the cause of life.

there are different types of evolution. you need to learn about them.

the things you're bringing up don't prove anything that would lead anyone to believe God can't exist.
