If you check with organizations that track this type of thing, we are seeing a slowing of these increases this year. I think they are saying between 9 and 10 percent. I have seen some higher, and some lower so far.

It depends on the plan, the company, your location, etc.

For instance, Aetna in Rockland County, NY went up 40% from last year's rates.
