Go to the doctor and ask for Minocycline, works awesome.

when i was young i started getting acne, the doctor told
me to use Fostex. it worked very well, im not sure though
if you need a prescription or not, it was so long ago.

Congrats that you've found something that works for you :) I know what it's like trying to stay positive about the next "treatment" unfortunately none of the dermatologists prescriptions worked for me, in fact they always made my skin worse :(
It doesn't mean it's going to work for everyone. Acne is a bit of a blanket term. Everybody who suffers from it have their own unique skin type and symptoms, which will respond badly or well to a huge variety of different treatments.
Just thought I'd add my tuppence worth so people won't expect the next miracle cure and maybe get disappointed !

After you stop using minocycline you might get another inital breakout.
