Dieting should never be done in teens unless a doctor or nutritionist is involved.

I see NO reason why you should go on a diet. If you feel 'pudgy' then get out and do a lot of exercise like tennis, cross country and track and stuff that gets your heart pumping. But diet? Big NNNOOOOOOO
