This question is asked by about a million americans every day. The simple answer is, you CAN'T specifically lose fat in certain areas of the body. It's not possible, at least not with any natural method. If it was, people wouldnt be asking about it all the time, because all those crunches everyone seems to be doing would be actually working! :) When the body burns fat it gets burned collectively, basically all the fat in different areas of the body burns. Doing exercises like crunches and situps DO NOT burn belly fat. they make your abdominal muscles stronger. that's a totally different thing. To burn fat, you have to do more fat burning exercises like cardio, running/jogging, and cut your dietary fat intake. plain and simple. And be patient. Jogging for two weeks isnt going to make your stomach look like some chiseled greek statue. It takes alot of time and dedication, which is why so many people fail at getting in shape. You've gotta keep at it! Good luck.

You cannot lose weight just where you want to. If what you mean is you want to trim the upper body then you can do that with excercise. Going to a gym - you want to work with lots of repetitions with light weights/minimum resistance. Glad you're happy with the belly and butt!!

Push ups, weights, crunches, side crunches... If you go to a guym they have some really good arm machines.

exercise burns fat from all parts of your body evenly. But if you lift weights that target your upper body, it will help tone your muscles and make them more noticeable instead of the fat.
