No way to tell. you don't say how you intend to wrap them, or what kind of chairs. buy an amount of material, wrap the chair in the way you like, then multiply that by sixty. Most of the time, they simply just cover the backs of the chairs. making something similar to a very large pillow case. if they are the normal folding chairs, this will take from two to three yards per chair. This is assuming that the material is of normal width. if you get the kind that is double wide, it makes them easier to make, and takes less running yardage, though the amount of material is actually the same.
