Because we know it's all a fantasy and they feel the need to prove themselves by quoting endlessly.

How does the Qur'an describe God in terms of qualities and actions?
“He is the Lord, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that are in the heavens and the earth glorify Him and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.” (59:24)
The Qur'an describes God's attributes and confirms His names and His qualities:
1) God is one and only, eternal and absolute,
"Say: He is God, the One and Only; God, the Eternal, Absolute…." (112:1-2)
2) Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not created, nor a part of His creation. "There is nothing like Him and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer" (42:11)
3) God has no limits of ability,
" Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is." (2:117)
"And of His signs is that you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent." (41:39)
4) He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just. He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains. He is All Merciful, the Supreme, the Sovereign.
"Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His chair extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great." (2:255)
6) It is only He Who is capable of granting life to anything:
"There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death. [He is] your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers." (44:8)
7) He is First, Last, and Everlasting who has full knowledge of everything: "He is the First and the Last, the Evident and the Immanent: and He has full knowledge of all things." (57:3)
"He knows that which deceives the eyes and what the breasts conceal." (41:19)
"[He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command [i.e., revelation] upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting." (40:15)
"He is God, there is no god but He, the Knower of the Unseen and the Visible. He is the Most Gracious, Most Merciful. He is God, there is no God but He, the King, the Holy One, the Source of Peace, the Keeper of Faith, the Guardian, the Almighty, the Subduer, the Sublime. Glory be to God above what they associate with Him. He is God, the Creator, the Maker, the Shaper. His are the most beautiful Names. All that is in the heavens and the Earth glorifies Him. He is the Almighty, the Wise" (59:22-4).

We "spout on for ages" because we have much to say. We keep speaking until you will hear us. We share the good news, but you are stubborn and you're liars, there is no truth in you so you do not see the truth. Accept God's gift of eternal salvation and you shall see the truth. The ones of no religion or not of my religion keep it "short and sweet" because there is nothing good of them. They do not share good news. When you lie you keep it "short and sweet" because if you go into great detail you shall be caught in a lie. God be with you.

Believes are more likely to use those really long cut and paste answers that no one reads anyway. Also, it's just like in congress when a senator can't convince people of their ideas, they use a filibuster. They go on and on and on belaboring the point in hopes that they will wear the others out. When you can't prove your belief, then all you can do is out talk or talk over the opposition. It's a rather pathetic strategy.

Probably because the believers know what they're on about. Non-believers only try to answer with stupid answers and think they are being clever. They're more often than not quite offensive intentionally. Never mind, I believe someday they will regret their opinions and find the truth. Then they'll be able to spout on for ages too!

Believers think and show they have an answer.
Non-believers don't think, but think they have the answer - so they make a short remark.

Yeah, the non-believers posts are short, but not sweet, they're usually nothing but rudeness and insults, Trollish. I find it amusing that they say "all" christians are trying to convert them, when I have never tried to convert anyone in my life, yet they are constantly trying to unconvert us. At least the christians aren't rude and insulting.
