wow! that's fast lol. okay I myself am a runner. I've ran 6 miles before non stop. so for the first mile you don't want to waste all of your energy. Run at a good decent pace. But make sure to run a little faster then your average speed. On the second mile you definetly want to pick up your pace. I had run 2 miles in 12.12 minutes sprinting the whole thing. Remember to save some of that energy for the last lap. You want to make sure you finish strong. Remmember to drink plenty of water! Also eat 2-3 energy bars. Make sure you eat breakfast the day you have to run. You don't want to be tired right before you run. Also before you run the 2 mile you should be sweating. I know it may sound crazy but my coach gave me the advice and i sprinted a lap right before my 2 mile run and my score got 20 seconds better. Right before you run take a deep breath. Try to eat a banana also right before you run becouse that prevents cramps. Also if you get a cramp while you're running breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Also stretch right before you run. Well that's all the advice I have but good luck on making the team! :)

Just run a lot farther then 2 miles every time you run. But since it is tomorrow do not do anything and rest. If your not there now then I doubt anything will help. Drink a Red Bull right before you run. I heard some folks say that helps. My best advice is to train a few weeks before the run and do longer distances and lots of sprints on the off days. Push yourself so hard that at the end of the run you will vomit. My buddy does that for ours since he is really slow. I can't get myself to do it but maybe my mind is not strong enough.

eat a spaghetti/pasta dinner tonight, build up the carbs. carbs= sugar = more energy. make sure you run at a steady pace the whole time. wear comfortable clothes and shoes to make sure those dont affect you.

Running is an endurance sport. It isn't something you can prepare for in a day.
