every one do sins , but that doesn't mean they are not Muslims because only Allah(God) judge us .

Allah is All-merciful and he forgives all the sins simply if they ask their creator for and stop doing the same mistakes again .
may Allah forgive all Muslims every where :)

There is really no straight answer to this. Some Muslims believe that you cannot run an alchol store because that way you are promoting the business. However, some believe that it is ok. Maybe the ones that are running the liqour stores might have no choice. I think that as long as you are not drinking yourself it seems ok. But probably this rule might have been to avoid temptations. It is like a kid running a candy store and not eating the candy store. He would obviously end up trying some himself. Probably that is the reason.

I'm not a Muslim, but I'll answer anyway.

True, you can't make, drink, touch, serve, distribute, or sell liquor if you're a Muslim. The ones doing so are not faithful Muslims. It's like when you find Christians who sell crack.

Serious questions:
1. So can they touch the bottle that contains the liquid?
2. What about the table that the beer bottle sits upon?
3. Can they smell it?
4. What if someone else drinks alcohol and they have alcohol in them...can a Muslim then touch or be touched by them, since they contain alcohol?

According to Jesus Christ, one must give up all of their possessions in order to follow Him, yet people are calling themselves Christians who are very attached to material possessions.

According to the Bhagavad-Gita, one must not indulge in intoxins, have illicit sex, eat meat, or gamble, including lying, cheating, and stealing. Yet there are Hindu's killing cows, smoking, drinking, etc.

In every religion, there are those who follow the rules, and those who are not following the rules.

You also can't transport liquor. It means they are committing a sin by operating these haraam stores. They just aren't following the faith correctly.

They are not really Muslims, just like there are "Christians" who don't actually follow Christ.
