ok well i need some help and i don't know where i would be able to get these materials between the year 1793 and 1830: wire, blades, brushes, a hammer, wood, nails, screws, and a hand crank

go to an antique store and ask them - they'll likely know a source. Or check your musuem, as they usually have contacts too.

They say you can find just about anything on ebay, even snowballs. Maybe a swapmeet. good luck.
