preachin to the choir hear, i feel ya. there are a number of reasons why the body/head feels off key. ppl talk to you but you either try to listen and cant pay attention or just dont understand when normally you would. this may be a result of stress, lack of sleep, or just overall lack of self-balance. unless you have any other symtoms of illness, dont worry, its a phase and here are a couple ways to get over it:

1: take a nice long bath/shower and just enjoy it, really concentrate on the way the water runs off you, or the sound of the water hitting the bottem of the tub
2: catch up with freinds, hit a movie you kno youll enjoy and just watch
3: take a nap (uhg could go for one of those right now lol)
4: take a walk, and remember to breath
5: rearrange your furniture (dont kno why but this always seems to help me get back in the zone)
6: drink a mocha, not into mochas try tea (the chocolate helps releive stress and the caffene gives your brain energy, so you dont feel so water-headed)
7: sing at the top of your lungs (in the car or shower or in public if you like) it helps relieve stress and causes excess seratonin to be released (happy hormone)

Any number of these could help, and any number of these may do nothing at all. Just try and see what happens, still having trouble, let me kno at slmvirgo_girl@hotmail.com
good luck
