my sister is 6 and she has tiny tiny red dots all over her face. you can't see them unless you get close to her face and it looks like its underneath her skin! when i first looked at her face it looked like freckles but they are too small and red...its scaring me

They are called petechiae - which develop sometimes when people have a strong cough or vomit. Small amounts of blood leak out of the capillaries and into the skin. Its no big deal when caused by vomiting. They will go a way in a few days.

Did she have a cough or did she puke at all....it could just be popped blood vessels from heaving...pressure from it can cause blood vessels to pop...same thing happens to my 5yr old..

If they just popped up, I'd say it's probably chicken pox.

it can be chicken pox......or acne....but she might be a bit too young for that......try taking her to the doctor...that alwayz helps!!
