Wow! Come to think of it, I paid $150. for my first Python, a small fortune in the Sixties. Then a very reasonable $460. in the Eighties.
Assuming that the Python you are asking about is the original Colt Royal Blue finish and is 99% or better, then it is going to be high dollar. The only price detractor are the Pachmayr grips, which are not originally Colt and have the Pachmayr Lion logo rather than the Colt logo. Also, you didn't mention if it is the Colt Python Elite (newer) or the original Colt Python? Since you say it is blued then I'm assuming that it is the original and should command a better price.
I paid $900. for a matte finished stainless steel 4" original Colt Python with original Colt rubber presentation grips. I paid a thousand+ for an original Royal Blue 6" Python w/wooden original Colt grips 100% like new.
At the last gun show I attended in Houston I saw original Colt wooden grips for the Python for sale for $19.95 to $25. So its not like the Pachmayrs are a big deal.

I'm just guessing a thousand dollars
Just checked an auction site I buy from. There was one sold which was manufactured around 1955 when that model came out, which sold for $2300. Another from 1965 sold for $1300.
The general price for an excellent ( 95% ) is $800-1200.
