You need to talk to him about how his jealousy is affecting you. Make it clear that as much as you love him you won't put up with his controlling behaviour.
He may be insecure because of his disability and believes you are better than him. Make it clear that you feel lucky to be with a younger man and would never stray.
Tell him that you are a grown woman and entitled to a life and friends of your own. Be strong - do not let fear of his moods etc stop you from doing what you want to do.
He needs to realise that his behaviour is not acceptable but won't while you are not asserting your Independence.

He needs out and is basically too lazy, egocentric and susceptible to be honest with you. He needs to unload you yet he doesnt want the problem of you crying etc and being disappointed with him so he's blaming you for it and basically melting away quietly. regardless of the reason he doesnt like you anymore it is not any way for a authentic guy to handle it. You cant deliver it again through begging and screaming and clawing it again, he doesnt appreciate you sufficient to be honest with you and also you keep attempting hostile to all odds will make him appreciate you even a lot less. keep your dignity it is going to carry you up at the same time as you get used to the breakup, dont supply way and beg and make your self look stupid. he will educate all his associates the messages down the pub and make it appear like you're a finished determined bunny boiler who wont get the message and make all of it into your fault rahter than fess up that he's spineless and wouldnt do the right aspect and allow you to understand on your face. basically end calling him etc and flow on. Make your self right into a more beneficial advantageous individual utilising the soreness and chanelling it into yet another route. you need to do IT, bypass female!
