Everyone is worthy of Christ, since we are all children of God.
Whether they choose to accept Him is another story entirely, but that's up to them and them alone.

Only Messiah will judge. Worthiness with Christ is not an issue. None of us are worthy. It is whether we trusted Christ as as our atonement, our Lord, and our sacrifice. As far as judging anyone individually, that is not our place, and is actually a sin to attempt to do so.

None of us are worthy of Christ, but He loves us in spite of the fact that we are sinners. Salvation is a free gift from Him. None of these people have said or done so badly that Christ would not forgive them if they called on Him.
