Since I am 5'2 and 125, i would assume that you would have a dress size of 3, or 4.

The problem with sizing is that it isn't standarized anymore, so you might be an 8 in one store and a 4 in another. But sizing is based on one's measurements, not weight. For example, two people might be the same height and weight, but carry it in different places- person A might have large breasts and a small waist, and wear a size 2 or 4 skirt, but person B might be built with the weight settling in the hips and thighs and wear a 6 or 8.
I'm 5'3" and 120 pounds and normally wear a 2 or 4, but the way I'm built, I have no hips or bum (25 inch waist and 35 inch hips if I'm being generous), and therefore need the smaller sizes on the bottom. Everyone is built differently.

It kinda just depends. You could have big boobs or big hips or something. You never know. I would go into a dress shop at a mall or something and try on a few dresses to get a feel for your closest size. Most women may need a few alterations to a dress so dont worry if it doesn't fit perfectly.

It depends on your bone structure and body size. Dress sizes are not sold based on your weight and height and all dresses do not fit the same even though they may all be the same size.
