YES... this is a dangerous area because if it were permitted there would be all kinds of a-hos in a murdering frenzy.

I would justify killing the perpetrator of a violent act against a loved one of mine especially if the legal/justice system is failing to put the guy away for a long long time

Murder is the wrongfull killing of another person. Therefore it can not be justified because if it is then its not murder.

I think there are plenty of people who justify murder. In Christinity not, it's never, ever justified.

Murder....humm, well, self defense is called man slaughter, I think..

I can't think of any reason why murder would be justified.

It's only justifiable to take another human life if it is in self-defense--meaning that you or someone near you are in immediate physical danger of death.

Christians justify anything God does. If God murders, they defend it and call it "killing".

Yes, killing someone intending to kill you or your kids would be justified.

it is if you do not believe in god or a religion that says it's wrong. because if there is no god than there is no right or wrong, so humans would'nt hav any morals. so if u dont believe in god than yes it is justified.
