I'm assuming you mean how to start a home daycare?

Best way, advertise it. Go to an online local classified site (kijiji.com is one of them, but not sure if it's used in your area or not), and advertise that you have spaces available. Try advertising in your local paper. Make sure though that you meet with the parents, discuss liabilities, activities planned, if food and snack are offered, etc. It's not illegal to run an un-licensed home daycare, but many parents feel alot more comfortable leaving their children in a place they know is being regulated and approved by the government.

I'm not sure where you live, so I'm not sure where you'd go to get a license, but I'm sure if you call your local day care office, or even a near by daycare center, they can tell you who you need to get in contact with.
