I never do because of the taste but now i'm trying to drink more so that I can lose some weight and stop drinking soda, and coffee.
My question is what is the best kind you can drink without gaining the weight?

Can I get the results if I drink flavored water like glaceau vitamin water or will the sugars in it still make me gain weight and keep me from getting the correct daily dose of water needed?

You cant gain weight from drinking water.....you can try drinking bottled water like Disani or whatever.....you should be drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to clean your system out and to remove the toxins in your body....hope this helps.
