oh yeah it has. thats all ppl do on there now is sexually harras oe another, and talk crap to each other. its like a giant dramatic war

If everyone worked to ensure the TOS and Community Guidelines were followed (which is why the 'report abuse' feature exists) then this would keep on being a good, clean, safe place for anyone to come to enjoy learning new things, giving advice, and some interaction with others.
For those that want to talk about sex, to chat, to joke around, etc there are PLENTY of sites where that is allowed and encouraged (I visit a few of them myself). âº
It's like visiting someone's home...abide by their rules, or go elsewhere if you don't like their rules. It's what we should all do.

Yahoo ans could lead someone to suicide. Think someone who is abuse and torture and depressed and lonely. Who have some serious problems , who use yahoo ans in lure of hope. At such time some negative answers or if yahoo guideline took action about such question, it could lead to horrible depression and even suicide. Such thing could rarely happen in case of chatt. Most of them would find friends even sex could also help to overcome at that moment. So chatt is cool.
