The local council is likely to have an Arts Officer. He/she will know what choirs are near you (hopefully!)

Wow! What an absolutely fabulous idea. I'd check with Sheffield University and any of the cathedrals around the area to see who has choirs and who would be able to do that.

I hope it works out for you. I love Derbyshire. I hope the wedding is all you want and your married love grows your whole lives long.

For a super fun time hire a barbershop harmony chorus. They're inexpensive but great entertainers. They often have a comedian in their ranks, and instrumentalists, for variety. Drawbacks: they down the free booze efficiently and you can't stop them singing in the "afterglow" at the end.

Have a word at your local Church/Chapel and see what they have to say - everyone wants to earn a bit of money and by asking them at least they should be in tune!
