okay, well this can be achieved in several ways...you can consider a change in diet..focus on having 3-4 small meals a day with an emphasis on fruits, veggies, protein source (meat or tofu), and less carbohydrate intake (i.e. less pasta, cereal, rice than usual). This will help to keep your metabolism regulated throughout the day...limit your snacking to raw veggies or fruits. In addition, you can incorporate activities such as elliptical workouts, running, biking, or rollerblading for 30-40 min a day, for 4-5 times a week. On this program, you will definitely change the way in which your body looks and feels..even if it doesn't appear on the scale after a month or so, you eventually experience weightloss if you remain committed for 3-4 months...good luck!

Eat a balanced diet
Check with your doctor (this is really important) to see if you can:
Get more aerobic exercise..something that will get your heart rate up to about 110. Get there and stay there for 20 minutes or so each day.
