Holding hands? 1 week after I ask her out and she became my girlfriend? After the 1 week passed, do I ask her to hold hands? or just hold hands with her?
kissing? 2 month after I ask her out and she become my girlfriend?
do i just kiss her or do i tell her that i want to kiss her, please explain.
and how do you advance your relationship? do you just tell her that "I like you a lot, I think we should take our relationship to the next level?"
Any advice on all of this??

No offense, how old are you. Sounds like you are just starting relationships. It would be a little easier to answer your question appropriately if I knew. Usually if the two of you like eachother a kiss will evolve itself. But telling a girl that you like her and that she looks nice is always a great start.

This is weird I am slowly doing the same. How did you get aquinted? I got my aquinttances through the phone and seeing the time frame at our first month ( Her having lost husband year previous so Iam taking it eazy!!!!
