What is the best way to get over an ex? I dated a guy for a year and he's back in my life agin, much to my dismay. How do I tell him, and remember I loved this guy for quite a while so nothing really mean, to leave me alone?

I had that happen to me. Just be honest and straight forward about what you want from him. Don't anwer his phone calls, teXts, emails..ect. If you happen to see him on the street just say hi but nothing else. Let him know that you don't want him in your life. Maybe, he wants you back because he figured that he was a fool. I don't know. My eX bf cheated on me with another girl and kept trying to get me to see him again. He would show up at my work and at my cousins house. He just did not get it. I confronted him and told him that I did not want anything to do with him anymore. He finally quit bothering me. He'll figure it out.

Tell him to just leave you alone...you sound like you don't really want him around, so tell him that he's bringing you down...then avoid him. Don't call him back, don't reply to his mail...nothing...no contact. Erase him from your mind...as hard as it is...it will be better for you in the long run
