Why is it so difficult to find someone, a professional with own house who wants a professional partner to move in with them?

I am looking and looking but either he is a lot older and unemployed or a lot younger and a student. Why can't I find the right person? I also have a lot to offer.

I know a young man who is a professional with his own house and he has problems meeting young professional ladies. You don't say how old you are but this young man is 26. Actually he is my son so obviously I'm biased. He works very hard at his job and I know he would like to meet a nice girl who isn't just out to get a meal ticket for life. So it's not just young professional woman with that problem. I hope you do find someone worthy of you, never accept less than what you are worth.Good Luck!

I don't want someone moving in, claiming common law rights and taking half my home from me.

Plus it's my space, is decorated how I want it and I can do with it what, when and how I like.

While I have no problems sharing a home - as I have in the past, this is mine and frankly there's not room for 50 pairs of shoes.

Sorry - it's a horrible picture to paint of a woman and I know it's not true for all - but 'Hell Hath No Fury' and it doesn't take a lot for someone to legally claim the right to a portion of what I've worked so hard for.

Besides if you like someone - what does it matter what their circumstances are?

whats up properly newborn upkeep is paid to furnish for infant issues, and if he's providing to take you figuring out to purchase to purchase each and each and every of the child things you want each and each and every week i'd settle for that, afterall the money isn't for you its on your infant and your little you are able to not spend it, i imagine he's definitely being fairly life like providing to attempt this. No his upkeep wont come out of your earnings yet you wont get as a lot perhaps £400 a month, pondering some people have courtroom orders to pay £10 a week. Nappies milk clothing wipes bottles etc cost alot each and each and every week and if he's providing to attempt this and also you no longer ought to, he's saving you alot of money and giving infant each and everything it needs. If it went to courtroom and he suggested he's doing that, the courtroom would rule in his favour as long as he saved that up. i presumed i'd upload - in the previous ANY of my answer counts, if he's not solid and also you understand he would show you how to down then definatley report for CSA, he ought to pay you between £50-£70 a week which may cover each and each and every of the needs, yet atleast that is definate then, I misinterpret first time round and that i presumed he definatley would take you figuring out to purchase, interpreting yet another answer Its a valid aspect to assert if he isnt going to keep to the settlement basically take the money from CSA xx

Because there is a fear of gold diggers who want to move in and then make a claim on the property.
You see property in the UK accrues value very quickly, so if a guy has been living there 10 years its probably worth double the price he paid for it - £100,000 say. If a partner moves in and claims she helped with mortgage payments, he risks losing half his life savings to her.
Dont forget there are a lot of bad people in this world.

I think you would do better just to find someone to care about than thinking about his house. British law can give property rights that the average intelligent male would avoid like the plague. Stop trying so hard it's off putting, just go to different places. Gyms can be good places to meet new people of different types.

Unfortunately the guy is probably too scared to have the relationship break up and lose almost everything he's worked so hard to get.

Blame the divorce lawyers screwing the men for the last 20 years.

It sounds like they think, you want man with a house, not man himself. Just out of interest, what ages we are talking about?

Most men don't care about the material stuff. They just want good sex and a great companion. You should stop fixating on the house/
