Our society doesn't stress on how we should be a good partner in relationships. So it is no surprise that the majority of us don't know how to treat our partners. We just "cooperate" with them but we actually don't have any knowledge on how to evoke the best in the them. Any advice?

LOL. Oh my. It's different for all of us.
I can't tell you how to treat a man. I can tell you how to treat a relationship.
1) A long term relationship takes a lot of comittment, communication, co-operation, mutual respect and comprimise.
2) It takes time to build a LTR. It doesn't happen overnight. Just cause two people have slept in the same bed (or done something else in it) doesn't mean there's a commitment.
Here's what I tell women.
Don't be easy or desperate. The dogs out there take advantage of that. Take your time. It is more important to wait for a nice guy than to be in a bad relationship. And a nice guy isn't going to ask you on a date if your with mr loser... To get a nice guy you have to be a good girl...
Self confidence and self esteem are armor to protect you against the losers. If you are not happy all by yourself, how can you be happy in a relationship? A happy woman attracts men. A smile is the sexiest thing you can wear.
Make a guy wait for intimacy. If he really likes you, he'll wait. If he's just there to get what he can out of you, he'll move on if he thinks it'll take too much effort.
For guys, I tell 'em to date, date, date. (Date does not mean sleep with...) Dates are ways to make friends with women you like. If you don't like her, how are you going to love her?
Going on dates helps us gain confidence with women and helps both sides figure out what it is they are looking for in a mate. Once you understand what you do and don't like, what you are willing and unwilling to put up with, then you can make a decision about a LTR. Until then it is all practice.
Now, I can't speak for all men... But I like strong women. I didn't want to be with a weak minded women because I knew I would take advantage... If I had my own way I would spend all day on the couch, in my underwear, playing xbox and eating cheetos... LOL...
I'm teasing but there is some truth to it. I needed a strong woman to keep me focused...
Some men don't like strong women and a woman can be too domineering. You have to be willing to self evaluate...Same with men... I say you have to be a confident man to live with a strong woman...
Now strong and mean are not the same things. My wife loves me. She takes care of me. I'm a well kept man. We're lucky that we can afford a traditional marriage where I go to work and she keeps the house in order. I come home and dinner is on the table... So, she may push me to get things done, but she'll be right there beside me to help me get it done. That's how it should be.

If you want to evoke the best in a man, do not crap all over him. It will kill his self esteem and he will not value himself. Be able to laugh at everything. That always helps. Don't take anything in life too seriously and I think everything will fall into place. Good luck

Guys like to be treated like they are the best guys in the world... even though u might not think so guys do realize when other guys are attractive to women and feel insecure at these times... when u see an attractive guy, and your guy notices too then u should tell ur guy how great he is and etc.. That way he wont feel insecure.

Treat a man as you would want a man to treat you. Make him feel special, let him know that he's the only man for you. Don't hint around at stuff, be up front. Be yourself.

the only thing i can tell you is the same thing my daddy tells me. love is giving not taking. if you give everything to him and he gives everything to you then you love each other. love ends when one partner is taking more then giving. so when you find that someone that makes you want to give more to them then take i say do it. give to him without expecting anything back~!

treat us guys like you would like to be treated,remember what goes around comes around so if you treat your husband like dirt someone will treat you like dirt too,maybe not him but someone else will
