He knows that he is clearly in the worng and has admitted it to me. But he said that he would talk to me about it. That was yesterday and nothing has been said about it. How long should I wait to remind or ask him about it again?

When I asked him what he wanted to talk about, he said that he will talk to me about it later.....so....brings me back to my questions?

If he doesn't say anything about it tonight he's avoiding it. I'd remind him that you're still upset and hurt or whatever, and tell him that you want to get things back on track, but don't feel right doing that until you two have talked about it and worked it out.

Was his idea of talking about it that he admitted fault? Before you bring it up, first pick your battles- is it something that will bother you for a long time to come. If yes than I would bring it up within 3 days while it is still fresh. The longer you wait the less pressing the issue will seem to him. If he refuses to talk about it then you might want to consider just how strong his feelings and commitment are for you.

If he already admitted he was wrong, what more is there to talk about? If you have more things that you would like to say- then tell him you want to discuss what happened yesterday and say everything you need to. Don't make it into a big ordeal- he will tune out. Get to the point, and put it behind you.

Give it up and move on.

He admitted he was wrong. That's a first. Don't beat it to death.
